Bullseye is housed in an easy-to-use online application making precise targeting available to the user. Inputs and outputs are standardized for easy interpretation. Sizing and execution of targeting can be done in minutes. Bullseye takes advantage of automated processes. Behind the scenes, targeting is executed via fully vetted, robust, standard SQL procedures. Bullseye is continually updated as future enhancements are easily implemented. New targeting models can be developed and easily utilized as new channels are brought online and optimized for different performance metrics. Capability is expanding as more complex mailers are starting to be targeted in an automated fashion. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Run initial audience sizing requests in Bullseye to gauge household counts and determine the amount of shoppers that are able to be reached within different segments Create new targeting requests for campaigns indicated by the Partnership Manager Initiate and apply Model Scores to Bullseye targeting requests based on featured products/brands participating in campaigns to understand the best households to reach for each campaign Adjust targeting requests based on client feedback Reformat UPC lists provided by the Partnership Managers based on targeting requests Partner with lead analysts to gain final internal approval before deploying final targeting files to partners Enter Program Intake Form Information into Bullseye Campaign Tracker Minimum Skills required: Required Skills: Strategic thinker Analytical experience Excellent verbal and written communication Skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Detail-Oriented & ability to accurately input data Excel   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
