All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience and job knowledge. * Strong communication/ leadership skills. * Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience. * Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. * Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. * Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. * Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements. * Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. * Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language Required Skills: * All roles and responsibilities as outlined in BA1 plus the following * Experience working with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large scale environment * Experience eliciting and defining system and user requirments through observation, interviews and analysis * Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements * Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis * Experience as a BA on a full software development or implementation project (min. 2000 hours) * Experience using project management software (Microsoft Project, Clarity) to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) * Experience using a business requirements tracking tool for recording and prioriitzation of business requirements * Experience in systems process and data mapping * Experience in requirements gathering, and analysis as well in proficiency in creation of detailed documentation * Experience using Agile Alignment within BABOK in at least one organization * Experience using Visio to create business process flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams * Experience creating test conditions, test cases, and test scenarios * Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering * Experience with AGILE in one organization * Experience interviewing non technical end users to determine and document current business process flows * Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral q   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
