Job Description As an ATM Business Analyst 3, you will be responsible for daily coordination of ATM availability management. This position will work cross functionally with ATM Vendors, IT, cash forecasting, operations, and the retail branch network to ensure day to day availability of the ATM Fleet. Additionally, will assist in the set-up and bring live of ATM distribution activities. ATM responsibilities include: ATM Management Reporting ATM Issue Tracking Responsibility and escalation to multiple vendors to ensure KPI compliance ATM systems set-up for ATM Add/Moves/Changes External vendor oversight and problem resolution thru vendor mgmt. partnership Aditionally assist in strategic initiatives of the ATM Channel Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 2+ years of Business or operations experience, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a Business or Finance field may be considered Preferred Preferred Qualification: Previous ATM Experience KPI Management and Modeling Experience (Predictive Forecasting) Microsoft Office Certified Experience in Executive communication and escalations   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
