C# HTML5 JAVA SCRIPT SOAP Web Services RDBMS IT Security Architect (Jobs in Col   Requirement id 118365 Job title Architect Job location in Columbus, OH Skills required Bachelors Degree, IT Architecture, Oral And Written Communication, C# HTML5 JAVA SCRIPT SOAP Web Services R Open Date 05-Aug-2021 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 10 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Architect: Bachelors Degree, IT Architecture, Oral And Written Communication, C# HTML5 JAVA SCRIPT SOAP Web Services R Note: Interview: Phone or video call Our Client in Columbus, Ohio is seeking two experienced Senior IT Solutions Architects for long-term contract roles CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO CENTRAL OHIO OR RELOCATED BY DAY ONE FOR CONSIDERATION Duties to be performed • Works collaboratively with the Department module Contractors Solution Architect and other key project staff in the design, development, and deployment of the solution. • Ensures Enterprise needs for functionality are attained as reflected in the requirements for the solution. • Assists in establishing Department policies, standards and procedures for the use and maintenance of the solution. • Provides oversight for technology integration and data migration activities. • Reviews and provides feedback on Departments module contractors technical deliverables to ensure the deliverables are completed with quality. • Facilitates and coordinates technical activities among various stakeholders and systems. • Leads design, development, and implementation of applications to provide highly complex, reliable, secure, and scalable applications and systems to meet the business and technical objectives and requirements. • Works with business in identifying business needs or problems, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions. • Establishes priorities and schedules, and oversees and reviews systems design, analysis, and configuration/programming activities. • Reviews feasibility studies and time and cost estimates of new or revised systems. • Works with stakeholders and management to ensure projects are completed on time and according to organization standards. • Assists in development of overall system architecture, including software and hardware. • Analyzes, determines, and documents technical requirements and change request impact analysis. • Participates in developing a project plan and schedule with key milestones, contingency plans, workflow charts or diagrams, considering factors, such as resource requirements, computer storage capacity and speed, extent of peripheral equipment, and intended use of output data. • Leads efforts in designing technical strategy, direction and approach, technical architecture, data architecture, application architecture, performance tuning, performance and capacity analysis, technical standards, technical reliability, and flexibility. • Designs and defines overall system technical architecture - including software and hardware within the framework and constraints of technical architecture. • Provides technical design expertise, defines what technical requirements are needed to support defined business requirements, participates in detailed design and code reviews, reviews system performance issues, reviews test plans, and provides technical guidance to the development team and test team members. • Performs integration of various architectures across multiple systems. • Resolves and / or assists in resolving cross application technical issues. • Conducts knowledge sharing and/or trains State staff in architecture design, systems analysis, solution design, feasibility studies, and programming as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED Skill Sets: • BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience • 8+ years of IT experience in designing architectures and delivering information systems including software, data/information architecture, application architecture and technical infrastructure architecture, system analysis, design, and development, with a minimum of three years focused on large system development and with a fundamental understanding of infr   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
