Meets with users to discuss projects and/or problems. Coordinates special projects and studies for information systems managers and writes reports of findings. Evaluates, analyzes and designs complex and/or interagency implementation involving heterogenous platforms, protocols and/or network operating systems (e.g., SOCC and cloud platforms).
