Bridge gap between applications development and IT operations by using DevOps concepts and tools for configuration management and automation. Drives Engineering and Operations Excellence Collaborates with IT Architecture to develop technology road maps, engages vendors to complete road maps as needed, and drives adherence to industry best practices Drives IT capability improvements through optimization, enhancements and implementation of new features and functions Continuously Improves and Enhances Existing Environments Maintains proper hardware and software currency levels by implementing recommended upgrades Collects data, then supplies it to engineering peer teams for analysis and data-driven recommendations and decision making Deliver Infrastructure Solutions and Services Designs standard patterned and custom IT solutions for business partner projects, including preproduction testing, performance tuning, handoffs and environment validation.
