The PM3 will serve as both as a PM and Business Analyst. Required Skills: • All roles and responsibilities as outlined in PM1 & PM2 plus the following • Exceptional conflict management skills l • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Sharepoint , Viso and Project • Experience working directly with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in large scale environments • Experience as an IT Project Manager utilizing the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques as defined by the PMI and PMBOK • Experience identifying project scope, objectives, constraints, assumptions and risks • Experience identifying requirement changes and responding to stakeholders • Experience working in a team environment collaborative agile environment • Experience in Project Management • Experience as a Sr. Business Analyst • Experience gathering functional and non functional requirements • Experience conducting JAD sessions to clarify business requirements • Experience maintaining project plans, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda and minutes and other artifacts • Experience capturing additional requirements based on design, global rules for system consistency • Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Experience interviewing non technical end users to determine and document current business process flows • Experience identifying and documenting risk mitigation strategies and executing those strategies if/when necessary • Experience in Business Process Re-engineering • Experience transfering knowledge to staff • Experience assisting with end user training and creating any training artifacts if needed Desired Skills: • PMP certification is desired but not required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
