This position will function as a highly skilled PM4 with specific responsibilities including: • Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel • Manages, coordinates and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects • Supports ODOTs on-going implementation of the TAMP, and 4-year recertification process • Supports ODOTs annual Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) Consistency Determination submission • Coordinates and executes TAM Program initiatives as assigned by the ODOT TAM Program Manager • Supervise and manage project stakeholders, project team and project communication • Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work. Experience: • Experience with project management methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), project documentation • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally • Ability to lead meetings and activities • Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. • Demonstrate proven experience in troubleshooting with little supervision. • Ability to develop working relationships across team and stakeholders Required Skills: • 8-years experience leading or supporting projects • 4 years experience with lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation • 4-years experience with MS Office products Desired Skills: • Knowledge of Transportation Asset Management program concepts & objectives • Knowledge of data governance concepts & objectives • Knowledge of geographic information system or business intelligence solutions • Knowledge of organizational change management principles   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
