Responsibilities will focus on the implementation of Biscom Suite of Fax products including system building and deployment, integration planning and execution, migration planning and execution, documentation building, and communication building. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with solution vendors for planning, installation, administration and troubleshooting of enterprise fax solutions. Integration planning, estimating and solution engineering to deliver quality experience for end users and any dependent applications or business requirements. Administration, maintenance of Biscom suite enterprise fax solutions in a virtualized Fax over IP environment. Ability to work with business partners and peer teams for solution integration needs. Perform all aspects of solution documentation including architectural diagrams and operational procedures. Understanding Messaging solutions to enhance system monitoring via SolarWinds Application Monitor. Expected to work in a self driven environment and meet expected deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Office 365 administration, architecture and engineering. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education or equivalent: BS in computer or related field or relevant work experience of 5+ more years in a large scale (25,000+ user base) enterprise messaging environment. 3+ years in email and fax integration/migration experience. 5+ years of experience in integration technologies and support in a large scale fast moving environment. 3+ years of advanced email engineering and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Cisco Ironport. Office 365 deployment, migration and co-existent solution experience. Contract is for current fiscal ending June 30. May be exteded depending on project status.
