Responsible for interpreting internal/external business issues and work priorities. Work with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges. Description of Work: EXPERT in SAP Performance Monitoring, Tuning, Troubleshooting & Capacity Planning: tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimum system performance and minimal system downtime of the SAP system landscape. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the monitoring of CPU utilization, Swap space, memory utilization, disk space utilization, system logs, database growth, memory buffers, transaction logs, SAP buffers, update terminations, lock entries, background jobs, system availability, ABAP dumps, response times, etc. Documentation: Create technical operations procedures guides that effectively document all areas of the SAP technical landscape to ensure consistent maintenance and support.
