In this role the analyst will work with multiple groups to collect, analyze and report Enterprise Technology Metrics and EQRM. The associate will coordinate with Service Owners and internal technical resources. Job Responsibilities Support all aspects of the PAR Reporting operational activities which include: Compiling data to measure and report on all KPIs Develop, automate and maintain data necessary to complete the reporting requirements Develop new metrics and reporting based on requirements from the project plan Complete ongoing analysis of KPI metrics and provide recommendations to Service owners Meet with SME to assess current state metrics, identify data, map and translate data and configure reports in VMwares ITBM module. Job Requirements 5+ years experience with data analysis and metric development. Experience in documenting requirements and needs, and process-based experience important. • Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL Server, • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Skills Required • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Superior attention to detail • Strong understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes with great quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills • Reasonable technical understanding and the ability to translate technical requirements • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines • Ability to understand complex materials in short period of time • Ability to work independently and interact well with all levels of management • Ability to build relationships with technical and business partners • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and creative thinking • Strong teamwork and relationship management skills VMware would be a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
