Requirements for Scrum Master: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, or related field. Strong business analyst skills (process modeling, use case development, detailed requirements documentation). Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.
