Supports, promotes and documents all Data Management processes and procedures. Develops workflows and tools that automate data loading processes and help ensure data quality and integrity. Ensures the quality, consistency, and integrity of data in a timely, effective and reliable manner. Receives, archives, distributes, loads, and disposes off technical data according to policies, standards and procedures. Typically 5 - 7 years of experience. Experienced level. Requires a strong understanding of discipline. Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations. Makes decisions within broad parameters. Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience. - Cost Center is LiveLink 3 (which means they are probably integrating SharePoint with Livelink) This role will participate in both planning and possible facilitation of customer analysis and design sessions. Some other job functions include (but are not limited to) the following: • Assist in the furtherance of both requirements, gap analysis, and/or risk mitigation. • Intermediate to advanced level understanding of SharePoint (versions 2013 and SharePoint Online preferred). • Intermediate to advanced level methods of data migration scheduling and overall logistics involving multiple business units and thousands of users. • Intermediate to advanced level understanding Microsoft Excel. • 3-5 years experience in enterprise content management (specifically in the Oil and Gas industry). • 3-5 years experience in the use of an enterprise level data migration tool. • Provide key input into both future state design and integration analysis. • Advanced critical thinking skills with a slant towards innovative solutioning. • Ability to potentially step into a junior project manager role or perform basic project coordinator activities. • Self-starting with a focus on customer service.
