ODOTs goal is to modernize their financial systems and include PeopleSoft Financial, Human Capital Management, Time & Labor, Payroll modules and reporting systems. This effort will assume the requirements defined and continue the planned phases of the approved Life Cycle. They will work under the direction of the Project Manager and will be expected to meet all stated objectives and deadlines. This effort is to maximize the effectiveness and security of ODOTs related processes and ensure ODOT is in a positon to respond to the rapidly changing requirements of the Federal Highways Administration and other partners. Due to the specific requirements of ODOT, not all functionality exists within the PeopleSoft suite. Work will also entail modernizing those specific systems that support or receive data from PeopleSoft. This effort will continue with the Implementation Phase of the approved Life Cycle. Required Skills: * Candidates should have 10+ years experience in the following disciplines: • PeopleSoft Human Capital Management • PeopleSoft Time & Labor • PeopleSoft Payroll • PeopleSoft Grants, Projects and Contracts Modules • PeopleSoft Billings & Accounts Receivable • PeopleSoft Accounts Payable • PeopleSoft General Ledger • PeopleSoft Asset Management • PeopleSoft Purchasing • PeopleSoft Inventory • PeopleSoft Commitment Accounting • Change Management • Working with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2, • Analyzing complex business scenarios, • Development of Approach Papers, • Communicating with business end users, • Integrating with non-PeopleSoft systems, • Writing technical specifications, • Performing complete and accurate tests, • Creating test scripts in PTF, • Producing clear and accurate documentation, • Developing training plans, • Managing changes to requirements and business processes. • Technical Analysts / Programmers • Data Base and Application Tuning • Designing and creating technical specifications from functional specifications • Providing programming solutions using the PeopleTools • Developing test scenarios and test cases using PeopleSoft Test Framework and proficiency in testing system integration points (MIS) • Expertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications • Expertise in Developing functional specifications for customization and data conversion • Experience with PS Query, XML Publisher and key transactional tables • Experience in ETLs • Experience in BI • Superior documentation and business requirement expertise • Advanced Microsoft Access & Excel skills • Public sector experience serving state governments • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Desired Skills: • Department of Transportation processes and requirements, • Knowledge of Federal Highways Administration requirements, • Agile Assets, • PeopleSoft Testing Framework (PTF).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
