Provide technical expertise and guidance for the team. Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures and overall environmental health Establishing, recommending and implementing policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer oriented services. Working effectively with other teams implementing strategies to increase profitability, productivity and overall business customer experience. Regular Auditing and reporting to ensure leadership is informed. Handling escalated issues from customers. Desired Skills and Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field preferred Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive sector. At least 2-3 year of group leader, project lead, or mentoring experience required End to End Data warehouse implementation and migration experience is must Experience in migrating existing data warehouse to Cloud (Microsoft Azure) is must Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus Other Qualification: 9+ years of experience working in the DataWarehouse/BI and Data engineering technology space Strong ETL knowledge and experience with designing ETL pipelines for on-prem or cloud DW/Data Lakes Advanced SQL skills and experience with performance tuning Extensive ETL experience on Columnar databases like DB2 BLU Extensive knowledge on Data Modelling concept Experience with business interaction for requirement elicitation and deriving project requirements from business use cases Experience in planning and executing DW Migration and/or DW/Data Lake build projects Experience leading DW Support/Operations teams - proficient in setting up processes and structure for demand management and meeting SLA expectations Good knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills required Good team player with interpersonal skills Preferred: Exposure and understanding of data solutions in Azure and/or other cloud platforms Preferred: Knowledge of Azure stack - Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, SQL DW, HDInsight and Power BI Core Competency Requirements Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook Skilled in a high demanding work environment utilizing Demonstrated interpersonal skills including communication, mentoring, coaching, and the ability to lead team Excellent decision making and problem solving skills Solid understanding of SQL concepts and ability to write simple to moderately complicated queries is required.
