Interview times will reflect PST. Description : OIS provides management support for Client IT projects, systems architecture, databases, IT asset and change management. OIS also coordinates network and computing operations with the Oregon State Data Center. Oregons HIV Care and Treatment Program (HIVCAT) provides high quality, cost-effective services that promote access to and ongoing success in HIV treatment for people with HIV/AIDS. The HIV Care and Treatment Program currently uses a case management and tracking application known as CAREAssist and a housing assistance application called Oregon Housing Opportunity in Partnership Program to serve clients. CAREAssist was developed in 2001. OHOP Housing was developed in 2007. The Agency is currently finalizing a solicitation for a vendor to develop a replacement of CAREAssist and OHOP Housing with a single custom web application utilizing Microsoft .Net and MS SQL database technology. The successful proposer will be responsible for all application and database design, development and support and enhancement work over a five (5) year period, in collaboration with OHA, with the final year including transition of operations and maintenance to the State. The HIVCAT team requires short term Project Management professional to assist in managing the project. Required knowledge and experience (including but not limited to): Developing and maintaining the project schedule; Supporting the Statement of Work development; Leading project team meetings and Steering Committee meetings; Prepare project for moving into Execution (e.g. PM processes, risk reviews, resource plan review, budget etc.); Reporting on the project to meet PMO timelines.
