Description:

Responsibilities:

The primary function of this role is to coordinate the scope definition, specifications, system configuration and interface development of financial functionality to fulfill the requirements of the Clients Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) as well as fulfill the operational requirements for standing up the HIX Corporations general ledger. This resource will assist in the selection of the Financial Management tool to fulfill these requirements.
Analyze and interpret laws, rules and policies in order to lead groups in developing business requirements for HIX financial system functionality. Oversee the facilitation of application and design sessions that are used to gather business requirements and compile business requirement specification documents. Manage the creation and modification of business flow diagrams as needed to document current.
Assist in planning, organizing and assigning team members to project acitivities and tasks. Participate in the identification of project structure and resource needs for current and future phases of the project.
