The Field Tech team addresses Tier 2 workstation issues that cannot be resolved remotely. They provide workstation OS/application deployment, user administration, remote access, and overall desktop support for approximately 900 users and 1200 workstations. The Field Tech team is also responsible for equipment deployment, asset management and office moves. The duties of this position are related more to supporting and utilizing Desktop Support tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Citrix, rather than being a System Administrator of those systems.
