Job Description Engineer: ASP.Net, C#, Microsoft .Net Framework, Microsoft SQL Server SQL Visual Basic

Software Engineer Deliverables:

1. Develop audit report template for multiple levels of clients (e.g., school, school districts, ODOE management, Legislature/Governor) mapped to tables in the database. ODOE will approve final version of template and all content and programming must be visible to ODOE.
2. Provide technical direction and approach of report generation. Implement tools to properly code, program and generate reports from the report server linked to the database. Reports must include measure descriptions, estimated measure costs and estimated energy savings graphs, tables and metrics with the supporting calculations and algorithms.
3. Correct and address defects in the report production phase of the project. Provide technical direction to the post-processing and data analysis stage to ensure accurate content of the reports.

Description:

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Advanced Application/Software Engineer capabilities with 9 or more years of experience*.:

Individual possess multiple years of software experience and are extremely competent in: complicated, specific and unique software program applications; and Information Technology engineering; will typically hold advanced education degrees or certifications, such as, but not limited to, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). * These advanced degrees and certifications may substitute for 0-6 years of experience at this skill set level, and for this skill set level only. They have worked on multiple critical projects, have demonstrated the judgment to plan and accomplish goals; performs a variety of complicated tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to Executive Director or Chief Information Officer level management; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
