Description: - Requires broad architectural knowledge of all components of applications infrastructure systems including object component and mainframe based development environments - Communications technologies including middleware and open gateways; and multiple backend database technologies. - Must be skilled in the design, management and oversight of multiple development efforts integrating, multiple technologies to implement the process component of a requirements based solution The Architect is a technical leadership position that requires strong application design and development skills, excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on conceptualizing and designing architectures. Must provide insight and direction from a hardware and software perspective, along with assessment of impact on technology architectural standards. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION - The successful candidate will have 7+ years experience with Siebel 7 configuration/development. - Will be involved in full life cycle development to enhance Siebel CRM Application (Financial Services vertical version 7.7.x), including detailed design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployments. - Will be involved in mapping business requirements to vanilla Siebel functionality and identifying functional gaps and options / strategies to resolve. - Creates and executes technical designs and produces thorough documentation - Makes sound and timely design decisions, performs design reviews and mentor junior developers in the team - Partial responsibility for supporting Siebel functionality once deployed to Production environment. - Works closely other IT teams such as Integration ,Enterprise Architecture , Analytics team and contribute to Joint design discussions - Works closely with Business Analysts and Operations to review the UI Design, flow and perform the demonstrations of the Siebel functionality. - Adjusts readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changes. QUALIFICATIONS: - Expertise in Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, Server Administration, EIM, EAI, extending the Siebel 7 Database. Siebel 8 experience a plus - Experience with different integration techniques. Exposure to Oracle SOA suite is a plus - Experience with Multi-Organization implementations and understands different Visibility concepts in Siebel. - Experience with performance tuning application with high number of users and large databases. - Knowledge of Siebel environments, hardware configuration, architecture and security administration. - Experience with Oracle 10g DB a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
