Required Skills: * Experience working as a Basis Lead having advanced skills in ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0, Solution Manager (with Charm), BOBJ, and CPS * Large Systems Implementation/Deployment experience * SAP Basis experience on a UNIX operating system * SAP Basis experience on a Wintel operating system * Experience w/system analysis & design, performance tuning, database security, diagnostic maintenance, capacity planning, user security & permissions * Experience managing and supporting transports, system installations, support pack stacks & enhancement packs, and spool & storage cleanup. * Experience monitoring the utilization of hardware and software * Experience with preparing reports on project status, resource commitments, technical issues, and delivering to management * Support of SAP environment on Oracle * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including customer / client communication skills * Proven decision-making capabilities and sound judgment, objectively evaluating pros, cons, trade-offs and alternatives among options * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Demonstrate leadership behaviors Desired Skills: * SAP Security experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
