In addition to comanaging the project timeline with Infors project manager, this role coordinates all discovery, configuration, testing, and validation steps throughout the projects lifespan. Those coordination efforts include resources from SEPTA, Trapeze, PSTechnology, CapTech and Infor. This position is responsible for management of the entire project to ensure the project completes on time and on budget. PM responsibility of coordinating meetings, developing project plans, managing resources, and collaborating on recommendations for best solutions when needed. 100% onsite with occasional telework available. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify business issues and work closely with SEPTA and INFOR teams to provide solutions that are best for SEPTA • Provide oversight and support of subject matter expert teams and help make recommendations to SEPTA regarding problems and solutions • Manage the projects including the Infor HCM (GHR/WFM) implementations, upgrades, customizations, and enhancements • Lead the project to configure solutions as described in each Statement of Work (SOW) for SEPTA. • Hold weekly meetings with SEPTA either one-on-one or with a team • Develop project plan, assign resources, and ensure SOW is adhered to • Communicates and records progress with SEPTA including status, challenges, help needed, and Change Orders • Help identify change requests to ensure accountability with SEPTA and manage the Change Order process • Provide oversight to ensure that the testing procedures are adhered to • Communicate with SEPTA including status, challenges, and assistance needed • Ensure the consultant provides detailed documentation of project work • Partner with SEPTA to ensure successful go-live and post-live • Position is primarily onsite at SEPTA Headquarters (1234 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19107) QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5 years experience with previous Enterprise System Implementation Project Management(e.g. INFOR/SAP or other Payroll System) • Project experience with complex system implementations for an organization with more than 8000 employees • Familiarity and understanding of Prosci methodologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
