Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Thorough knowledge of various types of Supplier Lifecycle process and industry best practices Nice to have skills – Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts Management As the lead Techno Functional consultant led at least 2 projects in implementation of Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Measurement Processes using Ariba Cloud solutions Discuss Ariba upstream processes for Supplier Management business processes and system requirements with prospects and customers. Conduct workshops, Requirement workshops with business stake holders for Ariba Upstream processes Design and implement a solution for various steps in the Supplier Lifecycle viz., Supplier Request, Registration, Qualification, Preferred Supplier mapping and Performance Management. Other preferred characteristics include: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, including executive leadership Possess the skills necessary to enter into a new client and perform an assessment of the organizational needs Proven ability to build trusted relationships with prospect/client Subject Matter Experts Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 5 – 8 years of experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules Order Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Lifecycle Management/ Supplier Information & Performance Management, PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, SAP PI Adapter etc. Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers Degree: e.g. Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
