PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): -Ability to communicate (written and verbal) and gather technical requirements from customers. -Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: A bachelors degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 5+ experience in Information Technology or related area. Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
