Job Description Administrator: JIRA Framework, Workflow Management Systems, Multi-Business Unit Integrations, MY SQL DB2 Oracle Release Management

Description:

The JIRA System Administrator will be responsible for developing custom configurations using the JIRA solution which is in use by the state MMIS team for issue/ requirements definition and tracking to support Agile development as well as requirements traceability. This position will be responsible for developing or integrating JIRA with existing products in use by the state as well as generating dashboard views and other depictions to support an Agile development effort.
The position includes detailed configuration for the tool including plug-ins available from JIRA as well as design and development, testing, and deployment. We are looking for candidates with a broad set of technology skills to be able to design and build robust solutions.
