Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) - Proven experience of more thna 5 years in Implementation / Support projects - Lead team & front end customer - Has good expertise in all core modules of SAP HCM primairly on US specific Time management and Payroll management - Develop a custom Time Management HCM application (FIORI/UI5 based) and system reports - Requirements gathering, understanding business requirements & architecting the solution - Lead developments life cycle - requirement to deployment, monitoring & reporting the metrics related to efforts & schedule - Do RCAs & provide permanent resolutions - Strong expeirence o more thna 5 years in : - US Time Management - US Payroll - US Benefits (mostly interfaces to third party vendors) - Compensation Management (mostly custom solutions) - Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Services (implemented on the SAP Portal) - Variety of custom solutions that assist the organization in the management of HR data - Variety of interfaces to both external providers and other systems - Prepare status reports and Communicate with customer on status, issues and challenges Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) SAP-HCM Human Capitol Mgmt: 5+ years SAP-HCM Human Capitol Mgmt-Payroll: 5+ years Travel: Need locals Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
