CSM and PMP very nice to have- experience trumps this Familiarity with life annuity products/services big plus Microsoft shop, delivery tool is tfs, sharepoint, MS teams, service now Must understand and preach best software development practices Looking for a more tech focused PM, but still needs to be able to talk to stakeholders Project Manager Develop comprehensive plans, including the work schedule and resources needed to successfully deliver a solution that meets the stated business objectives Own project communication, including effectively summarizing many project activities into succinct and key items for status and progress reporting, and communicating changes in schedule, budget or scope, and issue resolution and decisions Manage scope and rigorously follow change control processes and track changes Manage all aspects of a program/project to execute against the defined plan to deliver the solution, including managing risks and mitigation plans, changes, issue tracking and resolution, decisions, and escalations. Motivate and coordinate team members from various internal departments and vendors, and drive solution delivery across multiple work streams to target dates. Effectively manage risks, issues and outstanding decisions to rapid closure. Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including proactive information dissemination, meeting facilitation and presentations. Facilitate meetings and discussions with business and IT leadership and executives Strong leadership skills Superior work planning, organization and management skills Problem-solving to maintain target date delivery Excellent knowledge of waterfall SDLC and ability to adopt to environment-specific methodology and terminology Good knowledge of IT functions and terminology, and comfort managing projects including technology work streams Strong Microsoft Project skills Self-starter and ability work independently with minimal direction Good business judgment and ability to advise business and IT in an objective and professional manner   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
