This environment will allow visibility across on-prem storage and backup environment as well as cloud systems. This project is for the installation of the Aptare product as well as on-going maintenance and reporting activities. b. Background • we arecurrently lacking the ability to monitor and manage its storage and backup environment to provide accurate reporting across multiple storage and backup silos. Aptare from Veritas has been decided on as the platform that will give this visibility. In keeping with designing and maintaining this environment, we will require services to configure and maintain the Aptare system. 2. Acronyms/Definitions N/A 3. Scope of Work & Deliverables a. Services Required • Installation and on-going service of Aptare b.
