The Contractor warrants its services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and all services and deliverables will materially comply with their applicable specifications. At no additional cost to the State, the Contractor shall reperform any work not materially in compliance with this warranty which is brought to its attention within thirty (30) days after the work has been performed. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contractor shall provide the services detailed below to the State. A. Design, Build, and Test 1. Foster Care Data Elements a. New development for capture of ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act) elements. b. Enhancement of existing Health Service Confirmation function to capture explicit, structured data related to results of a Health Service (e.g. Diagnosis and ICD-10 code information) and integrate with existing Health Services module. c. New development for capture of new Guardianship elements. d. New development for capture of Sex Trafficking elements. e. Business rule and reference value changes for new & existing elements. 2. Adoption Data Elements a. Business rule and reference value changes for existing elements. 3. AFCARS Summary Feature a. AFCARS Summary is a feature that organizes all AFCARS data elements into a single view, by child, to provide a quick reference to see what elements have been satisfied and which have not for that child. Certain elements can be updated on this view while hyperlinks to other TFACTS modules are included to provide quick navigation to pages where elements can be updated. TFACTS currently provides an AFCARS Summary, but the existing feature will require significant enhancement, or possible re-design in order to accommodate the new/changed data elements. 4. AFCARS Extraction Code: a. Communicate all new development and enhancements to existing reporting elements to STS/DCS IT Support staff (Information Management Team) in order that they can make the appropriate updates to the AFCARS extraction code. All Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template changes to the extraction code will be the responsibility of the STS/DCS Information Management Team. B. Enhancements and Operations: 1. Support break/fix scenarios and ensure stable solution over the long term. 2. Knowledge Engineer Oversight a. Ensure Knowledge Engineers are trained and able to handle intelligent handoffs / fall out b. Provide supervision and escalation support for questions / procedures C. Miscellaneous: 1. As an independent contractor, the Contractor shall exercise control over the Contractors employees and subcontractors. Nothing in this document shall be deemed to create a relationship other than that of independent contracting parties. 2. This agreement is complete and final regarding the subject matter contained herein, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by the parties.
