This position is responsible for analyzing existing mainframe reports and requirements to create requirements for the creation of the federal OCSE 157 report in for the TXCSES 2.0 project. Work may involve reviewing legacy Natural code, acting as a project lead and providing subject matter expertise and guidance on the TXCSES 1.0 application Required Skills: * Experience analyzing user and business requirements. * Experience in creating system requirements * Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies * Extensive knowledge and experience in software analysis * Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy. * Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients. * Ability to analyze and problem solve * Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines * Ability to work in a team environment and independently * Ability to learn new technologies quickly * Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business * Working knowledge and previous experience in maintenance and support of the Texas Child Support System.
