Description:


The client requires the services of one Software Test Analyst, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of a Software Test Analyst 3Category,Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the client.


Required Skills:

* Testing knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis
* Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS)
* Experience testing MS Biz Talk Server HIPPA transactions, #C and .net programming
* Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing
* Experience using automated testing tools such as HP/ALM.,
* Experience with UI design using Visual Studio 2010/2008
* Experience with XML, EDI, HL7, and HIPAA transactions


Desired Skills:


* Expertise testing batch transactions
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels
* Knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies
* Experience working with Government agencies
* Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
* Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of Accessibility standards and testing tools
* Years of experience using TSQL.
