The DFPS Information Resource Management (IRM) program seeks one worker to assist the DFPS Information Resource Management Divisions IT Operations Division with completing various architecture projects related to Active Directory. Work involves the following: Architecture and administration of Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, WINS, DFS and GPOs in a Windows 2008/2012/2016 environment. This position will also be responsible for PowerShell scripting, data analysis, server monitoring, performance optimization, and server documentation. The work will be performed in a team environment where the individual will script, test, implement and support critical systems in support of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). The duties of this position are vital to ensuring that systems using automated scripts are properly supported with expertise and skills at a high level. This position will support servers by performing hardware and software support along with assisting with data storage. Oversees the Architecture and Administration of Active Directory (AD), DNS, ADFS, WINS, DFS and GPOs Develops and maintains procedures, processes, and documentation as related to Active Directory, and as needed Provide AD forest level service architecture planning, third party tools deployment, and integration strategies Identify opportunities for infrastructure and process improvements The workers must be able to work as a member of an existing development team to ensure work complies with the standards and all software artifacts are prepared accurately in a timely fashion.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
