The NetSuite administrator will lead system-related initiatives, collaborate across the business to understand requirements, and translate them into NetSuite configuration activities. This person will ensure that NetSuite functionality is optimized to meet the business needs and that users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work within the NetSuite environment. Responsibilities: * Perform ongoing maintenance, configuration changes, development and support for NetSuite including financials, manufacturing, inventory, AP, AR, and other components. * Work closely with users and department managers to identify, document, and maintain process and system enhancements. * Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite using forms, fields, custom records and workflows. * Perform regular data audits and resolve identified issues. * Manage Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades. * Administer and monitor NetSuite system security in accordance with the companys policy. * Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite. * Develop training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas. Requirements * Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2+ years of hands on experience with NetSuite administration and implementations * Excellent understanding of NetSuite including: reporting, searches, and database structure. * Ability to understand business practices and find technical solutions to manual processes. * Strong working knowledge of Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Self-starter, motivated, and well-organized. * Exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow * Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; must be comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to influence business decisions.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
