Job Requirements Generates system related reports to analyze data based on business rules for ad-hoc analytics projects. Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements. Work directly with leadership to develop, design, enhance, and generate reports for end users taking complex information and producing user-friendly reports for review by end users. Continually seek to improve existing reporting processes, frequency and distribution methods by incorporating automation techniques and technology. Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. Capable of assimilating large volumes of detailed information. Organizing and presenting material in simple terms. Ensure the integrity and 100% accuracy of all reports distributed. Demonstrated strong aptitude for problem solving with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex, and varying data sets. Understand requirements to maintain an accurate data/reporting environment that meets operational needs. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to audiences in various levels of management. Proven experience with MS office suite including Access and Excel to include vlookups, macros, pivot tables, dashboard building and advanced functions. Bachelors degree preferred -- experience in lieu of degree considered. One (1) year experience in reporting analyst, operational analyst or similar role. Effective organization and planning skills. Excellent communicator and team player who relates well to others. Self-driven with a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner. Must work well under deadlines and high volume stress of project work. Must work with minimal supervision.
