The client is starting Phase 1 of a project to streamline their current SAP Procure-to-Pay processes. The initial contract is 6 months with likely extensions as the entire project is slated to last 16 to 17 months. Job #1 - Process Design Consultant - SAP - AP Deliver assigned work plan activities compliant with quality control measures and project expectations Design account payables process steps and associated application configuration components and customizations to meet business requirements Assist in the development of Business Support Center help desk support model Establish and define PTP performance metrics and calculations Define business requirements for supplier portal and portal solutions Assist in defining and evaluating various technology solutions for business process fit (invoice tracking and e-invoicing) Validate design with stakeholders to endure design satisfies client requirements Participate in transitioning designs to programmers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the design Work with Project Manager and Process Team lead to ensure project expectations are met Manage relationships and coordinate work between multiple locations Dubai, Duncan, and Panama 3 or more years of experience in accounts payable 3 or more year of experience in SAP FI Experience in process design Job #2 - Process Design Consultant - SAP P2P Deliver assigned work plan activities compliant with quality control measures and project expectations Design procurement process steps and associated application configuration components and customizations to meet business requirements Design future state procurement process owner framework and governance model Establish and define PTP performance metrics and calculations Develop and document procurement transactional buying methods and tools Develop and document procurement shared services concept of operations Define business requirements for supplier portal and portal solutions Assist in defining and evaluating various technology solutions for business process fit (invoice tracking and e-invoicing) Validate design with stakeholders to endure design satisfies client requirements Participate in transitioning designs to programmers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the design Work with Project Manager and Process Team lead to ensure project expectations are met Manage relationships and coordinate work between multiple locations Dubai, Duncan, and Panama 3 or more years of experience in procurement 3 or more year of experience in SAP MM Experience in process design Job #3 - Process Team Lead - SAP P2P & AP Work with the Project Manager to develop and coordinate project work plan and work plan activities to meet agreed upon milestones and deliverable dates Assign team member roles and expectations and ensure timely feedback.
