Contractor consultants are expected to know how to use Solution Manager without METRO guidance. • Contractor is required to obtain pre-approval for work assignments in excess of 100 hours • All transports are to be identified, documented and subject to METROs change control processes • Periodic hours are not guaranteed and contracting support organization is expected to be diverse enough to handle either increases or decreases in support demands. • METRO expects our selected Contractor to help us reduce dependency on their support through continued education and knowledge transfer of resolutions to problems. Required Skills: * SAP HCM Time (US Based); TM configuration, TM development in existing & emerging technologies, TM related security roles and TM error resolution * SAP HCM PA / OM / BN (US Based); configuration, development in existing & emerging technologies & portals, security roles and error resolution. * SAP ESS & MSS configuration, development and issue resolution including Open Enrollment via ESS. * SAP US PAYROLL (US BASED). Solid PY configuration, PY development, related PY security roles in existing & new technology, payroll related error resolution.
