Job Description Analyst: UNIX /Linux Platforms, Windows, Scripting Languages, Java Drupal

DevOps Engineer who will perform software configuration management; automate builds and regression tests and coordinate releases to the test and production environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement from scratch and support tools for continuous integration and release management.
Manage release branches.
Own, manage and improve our release process.
Build and maintain tools needed during release pushes to make the process smooth, efficient and error free
Communicate with shared services and project teams for timely deployments
Monitor application logs and notify appropriate project teams of any issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
At least 2 years experience in release engineering, and/or configuration management
Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code version control systems. Subversion experience highly desired
knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows platform
Familiarity with one or more scripting languages.
Experience with build management, dependency management and continuous integration tools. Hudson, Jenkins or Bamboo experience highly desired
Experience doing release management for Java, Drupal and php applications.
Experience automating build and release processes
Experience deploying web applications to a production environment desired
