Job Description : Business Analyst - San Antonio, TX Principle Responsibilities: (essential job duties and responsibilities) Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand current and future state business opportunities as well as continued process improvement initiatives, including application roadmap development. Improves systems by studying current business processes and business requirements; developing future process flows and preparing system design documents, and documenting business benefits of proposed changes. Leads defining project requirements and selects appropriate methodology based on project scope and complexity. Develops and documents test plans; conducts system testing and facilitates user acceptance testing; and works with the training department on system training materials. Provides input to project scope, milestones, phases, and elements Assigns work to other IT Business Analysts and provides mentorship to those resources. Reviews and monitors the performance of the business analysts within the group to maximize their effectiveness and provide coaching and mentoring when appropriate. Responsible for adherence to SDLC processes. Provide research and support for production business application systems used by the business partners. Skills and Experiences: Knowledge of healthcare order to cash business and system processes Ability to gather, relate, and assess data and provide recommendations by applying business knowledge and critical thinking and analytical skills. Work effectively with internal IT and business leaders as well as external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude. Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years of IT Business Analysis experience with experience in running requirement gathering meetings with levels of all leadership At least 3 years of experience working on large complex projects At least 3 years of experience with order to cash processes Experience writing user stories Experience with Agile methodology Experience working in the Healthcare industry Experience working with Pega systems Preferred Qualifications: Planning and executing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing data integration experience Knowledge of user experience and user design principles Automation experience Cloud technology experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
