This project has been estimated by DTS and budgeted for 75K. + For your bid to be considered, vendor must submit their response to the SOW to include a completed MMR form. In addition to completing and including the MMR form, vendor needs to include 2 examples of successful completion of similar SOWs including Names and contacts for references. + The bid window for this posting closes on Monday, 12/18/2017 @ 5:00PM. + Questions have already been responded to by agency and are available for your review in attachments section below. + Again, a complete bid will include the total amount (Not to exceed) to be entered in DotStaff. Your SOW response to include your completed MMR form, 2 examples with names and contacts as references, and a separate document to break out timelines, deliverables and amounts for deliverables with travel costs etc. Total amount should match the amount you enter in dotStaff. + Please attend this weeks vendor conference call if you are planning on bidding.
