* NO REMOTE work All 40 hours weekly need to be onsite. The nature of the work will require a lot of collaboration with the SMEs.

* To be most effective, this person must be onsite.


Description:

URSis looking for the following capabilities and skills:

• Ability to quickly learn URS data model, target data model, and retirement domain jargon.

• Ability to write or create stored procedures, SQL scripts, SSIS packages, etc. that can be used to:

Move data from source databases to target databases

Clean / Condition data
Convert or transform data
Reconcile and confirm converted data
Find data errors
Validate data to business rules

• Ability to examine existing ETL scripts and track data back to source

• Ability to work with business experts to understand data and complete data mappings.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
This list is not exhaustive, and we expect to have additional requirements as currently unrecognized questions or issues come up as we work through the data conversion.

Experience

URS is looking for a consultant with the following experience:

• 4 or more years working with Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, SQL

• Preference will be given to individuals with prior data conversion experience

• Previous experience with retirement/pension plans or financial institutions with individual member accounts is a plus

URS expects that the selected consultant will work on site at the URS headquarters in Salt Lake City. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Salt Lake City or surrounding area.
