Active Directory integration with site roles and security tied to Active Directory group membership. b. Design, develop custom SharePoint solutions. c. Design, develop, and implement Enterprise Search capabilities (custom search-driven applications). d. Design, develop and implement Forms (Info Path, SharePoint Designer or 3rdparty). e. Design, develop and implement Workflow (Out of Box, custom or 3rd party depending on requirements). Provide a general description of the techniques, approaches and methods to be used in completing a project. f. Design, develop and implement of Document Management. g. Provide plan for Administration of SharePoint 2013/2019. h. Design, develop and implement Records Retention plan (Out of Box or 3rdParty depending on requirements). i. Design, develop and implement Line of Business integration with score systems. j. Design, develop and implement Business Connectivity Services where applicable. 3. Technical Requirements The proposer shall provide the following: a. Detailed planning documentation needed for the preparation and execution that pertains to the following, but not limited to, elements of a SharePoint 2013: • Deployment Planning • Software and Hardware Requirements • Migration from on-premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 • Knowledge of Migrating on-premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (Azure ) • Security Permission • Load Balancing • External Services Integration • Branding and User Interface • Governance and documentation • Storage Configuration • Farm Design • Enterprise Search Support • Implementation Support • Site Development and Migration b. Physical and logical architecture design plan and recommended SharePoint 2013 Server Topology concepts. c. Project Management Plan to capture and document the Contractors approach to managing the entire effort end-to-end, covering all project phases, from initiation through planning,execution and closure. d. List of any third party software application and the cost involved for the project. 4. Qualification Requirements 1. Describe experience and knowledge that qualifies the proposer to undertake this project. At a minimum, demonstrate the proposer possesses: a. Vendor will be a Microsoft Gold Partner and have gold competencies around content and collaboration. b. Vendor will have on staff a Microsoft SharePoint MVP. c. Vendor must use Microsoft Gold Partners for any 3rd party application integration. d. Vendor must use Microsoft Best Practices for SharePoint. e. Vendor musthave on staffthe following: • 4+ years of SharePoint development & administration experience • 5+ years of programming experience • Strong experience with C# and JavaScript • Experience with MS-SQL back end 2. Provide Qualifications, background and experience of the project director and other staff proposed to work on the project. 3. Provide at least three (3) comparable work/client references to include organization/project name, brief description of the project and contact persons name, telephone number, and e-mail address. 4.
