They enhance and maintain an Oracle application & websites for both internal and external customers for DWS. The team provides programming / database support for all WDD web projects and internal applications and will be an integral part in modernizing the current UWORKS application. Vendor Qualifications: This position will be an Oracle Forms Developer involved in the maintenance and architecture of the Oracle-based UWORKS system. The experience / understanding of Oracle Forms development is essential to this position. The candidate selected must have the below qualifications: ? Expert in Oracle Forms Development ? Expert in SQL / PL/SQL Coding ? Extensive Oracle Database Skills ? Expertise in developing & using APIs & REST ful web services for communication and data sharing with other systems ? Work with the business customers to support production systems, including debugging and fixing production problems ? Proficiency in understanding / working on Scrum/Agile projects ? Proficient in Jira for creation / maintenance of Issues ? Proficient in Git and GitHub online software ? Understanding of department security protocols and how to integrate them ? Knowledge of Section-508 compliance ? Understanding of the AWS architecture and department standards therein ?
