The candidate must have good written communication skills. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be eligible to obtain a public trust. This job will be performed in Alexandria, VA. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. At least 5 years of experience supporting software product development and rollout. 8 years of general experience required. ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Embarcaderos ER Studio, ERWin, XML Spy, Toad, SQL Plus. At least 5 years of experience facilitating customer meetings including formulating agendas and documenting meeting notes.
