Design, develop and deliver a reporting mechanism to monitor all aspects of the grooming process. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor productivity and pending activity. Support both outsourced vendor and internal grooms staff with needed research including coordination between Access Planning, Field Technicians, Provisioners, and third party access vendors. Validate activity on monthly outsourcing invoices prior to submission to Account Payable for payment. Submit tickets to real estate teams supporting logistics for new contractor hires. Support the Program Manager by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Assists in development of presentations; document minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up. Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with extensive knowledge of MS Access. Knowledge of the Verizon provisioning and grooming process with experience using the circuit ordering systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with engineering and technical staff. Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required; work independently and manage to daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks. Desired Skills Experience and/or knowledge in circuit design and provisioning in all Legacy Verizon Business systems.
