The should have skills in the Microsoft development ecosystem. TFS experience would be best. He/she would be asked to manage the development board (break down features, user stories, testing), and align the TFS items with TFS Delivery Plans and/or Project Plans. Will work closely with the product owner and IT teams to review and translate business requirements, break documents down into user stories, and determine priorities for next iterations and change requests.
