Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Analyst/System Administrator/Systems Analyst needed for a government project to do Project Management, Analysis and Testing. Responsibilities: Assisting with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Customizing and configuring workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications. Testing ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. Required: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics projects - 1 year experience minimum as System Administrator or Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics. Must be able to configure forms and workflow as well as setup security. 7 years technical analysis or system administration of an ERP or CRM related system. Familiarity with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of business analysis methodologies and tools. Extensive knowledge of application development, minimum of 7 years technical analysis or system administration of/with an ERP or other web based central/organization wide system. Minimum of 5 years business analysis or related work experience on any type of application project. Have demonstrated ability to analyze technology related issues and develop solutions and recommendations for appropriate action; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to project documentation; and, to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and consensus on plans, policies, and initiatives at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Experience with VB.Net application projects a plus. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field desired, or equivalent work experience is required.
