The data analyst will work with the DOJ SA team and stakeholders to develop mitigating actions that will either validate the data and/or develop new analytic processes that will be able to obtain attestation of validity and reliability. The data analyst will be responsible for the analysis of data collection practices, report building, and quality assessments of data related to DOJ Settlement agreement. The data analyst will assist the business owners/Subject Matter Experts in building a sustainable structure for data analytics that will meet the standard of compliance for the DOJ Settlement Agreement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data - Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems - Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. - Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems - Documenting any existing and/or newly established data quality review processes - Ability to facilitate meetings with varying levels of stakeholders Preferred Experience/Skills: ·The ability to pay attention to detail when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions ·Analyzes problems and determines root causes ·Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
