This position will report to the Project Manager for the Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRS) project. The individual will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, build, testing and implementation of the Siemens EHRS CPOE and Pharmacy modules. Required Skills: * Knowledge of Electronic Health Records * Ability to work with large complex processes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills * Skilled in managing client expectations and negotiation / reconciliation of different perspectives and conflicting priorities * EHRS pharmacy implementation and configuration experience. * In depth knowledge of pharmacy processes with a pharmacy. * In depth knowledge of medication ordering within an EHRS. * Experience in a major EHRS system, Siemens Soarian preferable.
