Minimum Position Requirements: • 5 Years of proven experience with developing interface file specifications in XML, flat files, or other acceptable electronic file formats. • 5 Years of proven experience with message brokers (e.g. MS BizTalk 2016 or newer), dynamic mapping, and multi-client interfaces. • 3 Years of experience with MS BizTalk. • Knowledge of IIS, digital certificate management, client authentication techniques, PKI, and SSL for file encryption. • 2 years of experience with using data mapping tools to develop inbound and outbound message formats. • 2 years of experience with .Net, XML technologies, SOA, Web Services, and Visual Studio • 3 years experience with SQL on Oracle and/or SQL Server databases. • A basic understanding of data sources and processing within existing systems for problem solving and in order to make good recommendations for the logical design of enhancements. • Ability to create logical designs of databases, screens, processes, and reports that fit well technically within the development environment while meeting user needs. • Interpersonal skills, and organizational skills for effective communications with all levels of the business and technical organizations. • Aptitude for establishing solid working relationships with systems users, obtaining a solid understanding of their business, and efficiently conducting requirements and design sessions for identifying and specifying logical requirements. • 3 years of proven experience developing data models, features, and workflows. • Experience in developing user and technical documentation. • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application and systems engineering. • Experience with Office 365 Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
