ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a web designer/developer who will be responsible for designing and developing agency website and graphic material for our agency web team. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for agency websites, as Primary Responsibilities: • Perform front-end development • Develop the layout and designs for websites, logos, digital material, flyers, infographics, etc. • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. • Provide training to other staff • Provide excellent customer service skills • Convert documents to accessible PDFs • Responsible for archiving, uploading, publishing files in CMS and AWS • Create, maintenance and test web pages in Content Management System • Monitor site with google analytics • Ensure compliance with state government Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Designer/Graphics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Considerable experience in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro. Competence with PHP and doing development on a Linux operating system. Experience using any modern Content Management System such as Cascade Server, Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress in particular. Considerable experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML and/or other web development tools. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and the public.
